How to change the group member in Baldur's Gate 3

In Baldur's Gate 3, you will travel with a diverse crowd of characters, each with class classes, talents and unique personalities. These unique characters all bring something useful to your adventure, but you can only have four members of the group in your group. You can not have anymore. There is no group selection screen.
