If a new Call of Duty: Vanguard Data mine is to believe, Captain America and Indiana Jones could reach the game in the near future! According to the data miners, the two characters will be added as part of an American Heroes theme that will reach the game. Data mines have been shared by the Call of Duty @Modenashd filter on Twitter. The informant Tom Henderson also intervened, affirming that Disney had been looking for opportunities for association with Activision last summer. If that is really the case, it seems that many Call of Duty fanatics will be excited to see these two characters!
The Henderson Tweet can be found in embedded then while the @modenashd tweet can be found right here.
Of course, Captain America and Indiana Jones make a lot of sense for Call of Duty: Vanguard ! The two heroes are closely associated with the Second World War, which is when ganglia is established. Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Similarly, heroes of the 80s were presented, including characters such as John McClure and John Rambo. Those characters were very exciting additions, but it seems that CAP and Indy are much more important agreements. It is not difficult to imagine many players taking advantage of the opportunity to play like Captain America in a video game set during World War II!
Until we obtain the official confirmation of Activision and Sledgehammer Games, readers must take all this with caution. Henderson has proven to be a very reliable source, but plans constantly change in the video game industry and licensed material agreements can fail. Hopefully, Activision and Disney will provide fans with an official confirmation on the theme of American Heroes at some point in the near future. For now, fanatics will only have to wait and see!
