Electronic Arts and Dice have published the short film "Exodus", which gives a deeper insight into the beginnings of the Civil War in Battlefield 2042 and introduces the numerous playable NO patient characters, which are also known as specialists. Especially in the "Exodus" short film, an old friend from Battlefield 4 returns: Kimble "Irish" Graves, played by Michael K. Williams, who is a playable No-PAT specialist in Battlefield 2042. In addition, "Exodus" introduces the mysterious "Oz", which fails with Irish around the future of NO-Pat's connections and conflicts. Before publishing the "Exodus" short film, the players with the journalist Kayvan Bechir, who reported on his 13 months on a No Pat ship, were on the "Journey of No-Pats". In his search for the truth, Kayvan has traveled the whole globe and discovered three truths: the United States and Russia stand on the edge of a war, while the rest of the world is fighting for resources and the neighboring states have already collapsed.
The nomads of these collapsed states call themselves non-patredized ("No-Pats"), and while the world believes they have been together for survival, it is in fact a destroyed group with opposing goals. In secret, a mysterious NO PAT leader called OZ attracts the threads and tries to unite all NO-PATS under a banner. In the last chapter of the "Journey of No-Pats" Kayvan aboard the Warship Exodus, the OZ for a mission, which will soon be decided on the fate of no-pats and the world, has been diverted to London.
Irish is the fifth specialist presented for Battlefield 2042, and with the five more five more five other five more specialists will be a total of 10 specialists.
